Using Maps

    When ever I switch to my map to look at where I am, or to turn it from an empty map to a map, it will kick me from the server after about 2 seconds.

    Sometimes when I go back onto the same server it will happen again several times even if I haven't used the map again. After 2 or 3 times getting kicked I will get my stuff taken away (killed) because the server thinks I'm combat logging.

    I play on 1.8.1 if that helps/explains anything.

    I don't really get that problem much, maybe switch back to 1.7.x because there less glitches than 1.8.x
