Glitch C4 stays there

now before you think, no not the glitch where the c4 stays permanently on the map, i was playing onein on favela, and i placed a piece of c4, i blew it up, and it stayed there and i still had the shears, i pressedthe shears again and again and it kept blowing up and i placed another piece wondering if it would blow up both of them permanently, but i discovered this glitch after i killed someone, i pressed it again, i had scav but im not sure if that affected it, also i had placed a piece of c4 before i died and it stayed there, but when i finally blew the 2 temporary pieces of c4 up before they went off, the one i had placed before i died also went off, sorry for the vauge description, no screenshots sadly

 

no the c4s stayed there but they still worked as i pressed the trigger, they exploded and stuff and the shears never disappeared
