That's just a grading scale people use to determine if you should be mod. The numbers don't necessarily subtract your overall score (few people actually do that). It's just a way for people to list the areas you need to improve and areas that you're fine in.
    • -1 = improvement needed
    • +0 = ok, but still needs improvement
    • +1 = you're good to go
For example, an overall -1 means that you aren't ready for moderator while a +1 means they want to see you become a mod.

    It's his personal opinion.
Maybe for him forum activity counts much more than inagme/Teamsepeak activity.
Why do you question us and not him?

Oh okay I was really confused on that, but what people don't realize is that I'm not trying to apply for mod of the forums I want to be a mod in-game so of course my forums will be less than my server and Teamspeak

There is no in-game only mod. If you want to be a mod here, you will have to be active in-game, on the forums, and on TeamSpeak.

How are all of you so blind?
    -11 posts
    - +1+1-1
    - +1+1+1
    - =3
    - Half-Life 3
    - Never will exist.
    - Not real = +0

I swear I'm the only one who sees these things.

(It's just yes, no, or undecided. It's not just math)

Yes I realize this but I do spend a lot of my time on the server and Teamspeak, probably more than anyone else on the server but just because I don't have very many posts on the forums I'm going to be deprived of Moderator? I get it if I'm not qualified enough for the job but it's very simple to do. And it's not my fault that anytime I try to help someone on the forums someone else has beaten me to it. There are how many players here? If you really think you're going to find someone perfect then you're getting your hopes up, no one is perfect, we all have our flaws. One might have a great background with moderating but rarely even comes on, another might always be on but might not have exactly what you're looking for in a moderator. Plus have you guys ever thought that "yeah maybe he spends so much time in-game that he doesn't have time to check the forums, or maybe he's to busy helping people that we new to the server get started?" No I bet not but that's cool maybe I'm not the server's favorite person or maybe I'm not qualified to your hopes, but at least I know what's right and wrong unlike most people on this server. I never lie to you people and I always tell it like it is, at least I care enough about the server to try to make it a better place and not just worry about qualifications.

As a moderator you are supposed to know what's happening in the community.
In my opinion your forum activity is way more important than ingame, Skype or Teamspeak. Staff can see how you answer questions, your general behavior etc..
