２ glitches about map

#1
Map freezes when I warp to location where I'm making map.
I can't fix that with relog.(/hub and enter PvP Survvial again)
I must disconnect to fix that.

Maps are messed up when we put them into chest or when we take them from chest.
Reasoning:
The cause may be Shift Key or loading.


Case1

MAP-A




MAP-B

MAP-A or MAP-B turned into another one.



Case2


This map was filled and scaled at 1:16.
However it's empty and scaled at 1:4 now.
It is shown as filled_map though.
It turned into old one.
I don't know what happened to me.



Case3

Case3 is similar to Case2.
This map was filled and scaled at 1:16.
However it's empty and scaled at 1:8 now.
It is shown as filled_map though.
It turned into old one.

minecraft offen crash when I'm expanding map.

After expanding map, it is shown as "Unknown map" temporarily.

When I open a chest, a map in the chest is shown as "Unknown map" temporarily.



(*I'm using Optifine.)

 

I editted #2 and added some pic.

I want to make whole world map!!
I have no idea to solve this problem.
Pls... pls help me.

If this glitch is in vanilla minecraft, will the server be updated someday?
