Hey MCBrawl. This is for those who know me. I was wondering: what can I improve on and how can I do it? I am striving to become a better member to improve the community and help out others. But, since nobody is perfect, I want to try to get as close to it as I can. Any thoughts? (For those who know me, of course)

    Everything. jk
Well, I really don't see you being mean or anything on the servers. You do seem a little helpful. Personally, I really don't think there is anything you can improve on right now.

Thanks a lot for the feedback. Like Sas said below though, I need teamspeak activity. I hopped on today to get it working and it is, so I'll be on there a few times!
I just got it working today, so I'll be sure to get on more. Thanks for the feedback

    stop being a tryhard
mods have gotten demoted because they keep asking people how they can "improve"

just be stoic, silent, helpful, and never be wrong
be on the teamspeak and try not to be a sqeaker
talk to putty, even though hes not friendly
show him you can handle yourself

so u want do b3 mod huh?

Don't, it's not worth your free time to babysit 6 year olds on a Minecraft server. I did it once a long time ago. Never again.

But if it is your hope and dream to be a mod, I reccomend TS3. Go on TS3 before school, after school, get TS3 mobile and do it at 3 am, talk on TS3 all day every day (especially when putty is around) and post a bunch of mediocre answers to people's questions that have already been answered by a better post, and you'll probably get it eventually, even if you get banned once or twice.

Ask this question yourself and you'll know the answer.
A person ready for this position wouldn't ask for such a feedback.

the point is that you have to show you can think independently. and take criticism. mods get constant **** from ungrateful butt****s and if you cant take criticism you arent apt for the job.

so im assuming you are gonna apply for mod soon

what do you think ive been doing this whole time?
im pointing out flaws you need to fix before you apply
youre starting a fight with a player, something mods can NEVER DO
you need to always be kind and courteous, and you aren't cutting it

i gave you excellent advice, i told you the two most important qualities that they look for
you need to be an independent thinker, and you need to have patience and a level head
those are like the two single most important things

i tell you what youre doing wrong and your response is:
you are definitely not cut out to be a mod if this is your response to constructive criticism

im telling you what you can improve on and how you can do it, but you get offended and flame at me. if a player tells you youre stupid, or immature, or dont deserve your position, what do you do?

YOU LEAVE THEM ALONE AND DONT RESPOND
