    What is your current rank? - I currently have the "Builder" rank.

    What rank are you applying for?     - Advanced Builder.

    Do you understand what this rank provides?     - Yes, I do.

    Are you part of any Building Teams in our community?     - I have only joined recently, but expect to grow more towards the community.

    What is your experience with building in Minecraft? - I have built with many servers, and also my Youtube partners server. Experience building since 2009.

    Why do you need the rank?     - I want to be able to help all that are in need of it, also be able to grow closer to your family, the community. I would also enjoy the privlage that comes with Advanced Builder, that allows me to keep in contact with others to be more in touch with the community, and hopefully make some new friends on the way.

    Do you realize if you abuse any commands or privileges rank will be taken away? - Yes I do, with an wrongful doings, I fully agree towards my own de-ranking.

    I'll give you a +1, but remember not to put pixel art in your applications. They don't count as builds.

    Yep looks good, but like yolo said, pixel art doesn't help at all.
    But i like the application and the house, overall +1
