When i got caught stealing my friends dads alcohol

I'm bored so i decided to tell you all a little story. This was around a three years ago and i was a complete idiot at the time. It all started when me and my friend were at my house minding our own business watching some movies. I don't want to say his name so i'm just going to call him Eric. After a while our other friend gave us a call telling us he needed help. We thought it was something serious (he was depressed) so we walked over there to see what he needed. He gave us this big backpacked and we knew it was filled, but we didn't know what was in it. He wanted us to go to Eric's house and grab a bottle of bayleys and then return to him. He was a bit of a douche if you didn't do as he wanted to so after about 10 minutes, he convinced us to do it. We slowly walked over there in silence, wondering what would happen if we got caught. (Eric's dad is a politician that's extremely against minor drinking). We got to his house and told his dad we were just going to get some clothes from his basement (That's where they kept their liquour). We walked down and looked at the bottle of bayleys and we realised we would never be able to walk away with that without being seen. We looked down and saw a few beers so we just took them instead hoping that our friend would be alright with that. We walked out of the house without his dad wondering what we did and walked back to our friends house. He was pissed and demanded us to go back. 10 minutes of debating goes by and we make the stupid decision to go back and grab it. We got back to Eric's house with the same big backpack saying we were going to get a pair of kontrol freeks (VERY small plastic items), i have no idea how we thought that would be a logical lie, but we went down once again but this time we grabbed the bottle. His dad was watching TV which is located near the door, so we were scared when we walked to there. Just as we opened the door we hear his voice say: "What's in the bag?". I swear to god when he said that it felt like i got a heart attack. We tried to run out but he grabbed our arms and said "you're not going anywhere". We walked into the kitchen and opened the bag. It had about 10 plastic bottles of alcohol, which we didn't even know was there and the bayleys of course. He called my parents and told them to come over and at that point my anxiety made me
completely stale. They came around and we had a LONG talk about the situation and my heart was pounding, i didn't know what to do, i was so scared. The next week i was extremely paranoid, i didn't even want to leave my house. In the end me and Eric got the blame whilst our friend which made us do it glt away with it which is quite bull****. Just a tip for you minors is to never get involved which this kind of business. I hope you enjoyed.
