    Hey Piggie,

    There are a few reasons to why you can't get this rank. Firstly, there is not enough detail in your application, you should visit https://www.brawl.com/forums/101/ for some good examples.

    Secondly, your builds are simple and quite un-detailed, some sufficient examples for World Edit I:

    And thirdly,
    If the application is really, really outstanding and the builds are amazing you can skip AdvBuilder, this application won't.
