Very consistent lagg

    For the last week to 2 weeks since the update was in effect I have been experiencing major lag. Other have told me that it is my computer but I disagree. I didn't have this much lag before the update so why am i having it now. Now I still was skeptical and thought that my computer my have a lot to do with it but it seems that I am not the only one. I have seen tons of players in war chat that have been complaining about how much lag there is. I hope that the staff can find the solution for this problem.

    I suggest you get optifine, if thats the case then its either something with your connection or the servers in general.

    Not very helpful YemImRyGuy. And no im not just complaining because im not the only one who is experiencing this. This is a problem that must be fixed and should be addressed.

    Im not sure why you need to try and start something but ve been having the same problem, MCWar has become nearly impossible to play after the update. Before id get minimal lag and about 30-40 fps. Now everyones hopping around at a miserable 9 fps. Dont make stupid posts if you dont know whats going on.

    You can't fix lag that isn't server-based. Sounds like you're complaining about fps, which is the fault of your client, not the server.

    The thing is, there is no problem :open_mouth:
    I got 30 fps before the update. I get 40 fps after the update. I know what is going on, do not challenge me.

    It's not a FPS issue....many people are mentioning this as an issue in game.

    VBO's ??? I know I might sound a little inexperienced but i don't go into intimate minecraft stuff that much.

    Optifine is completely downgraded in 1.8 because of the way it cut the lag which is now almost barely working.

    Ughh.. what kind of lag? Fps lag-jerkiness in the game, or Internet lag- you right click to scope, but it takes a bit of time before it actually scopes?
