    I would maybe have posted this in the Q&A section, but i can still answer.

    As a war mod, you get permissions to mute, kick and warn up to an hour. You can also change the current map and gamemode, however that last command is only in use for bug testing, or if the current map has a lot of bugs.
    You also get MVP abilities as a war mod, which means double ammo, more exp and credits.
