Two New Classic Servers - UHC & SG

Hello Brawlers,

We have recently launched two new servers which fall under our "classic" category. These are servers that we find to be common in Minecraft communities, that players seem to enjoy. These two servers aren't unique, of course, but we hope that the Brawl community will enjoy playing on them here.


Ultra Hardcore

In this gamemode you will spawn into a fresh world with 3 other random teammates. Your goal is to fight to be the last ones alive while crafting and harvesting materials. Golden apples are key to success in this gamemode because you do not regenerate health from your food level. You may also use a player's head (which is dropped from a PvP kill) in place of the apple in golden apple crafting recipes.

Keep these specific configurations in mind when playing:

• PvP and hunger are disabled until 10 minutes into the match
• A deathmatch takes place 30 minutes into the match
• Only teammates may see your chat

We definitely plan to hold UHC tournaments events in the future. These are very fun to participate in and it also makes for some interesting gameplay to watch.

EDIT: We have actually decided to make UHC open only during specific times or for specific events. More information on this will be out at a later date.

Survival Games

Survival Games, also known as Hunger Games, is a quite well-known gamemode already. We already have a SG server with guns, so why not have one without guns?

After voting for a map and joining the match, you will be able to chose a pick and even buy additional starter items. While in-game you fight to the death to be the last one alive. You may try to make friends in the game, but only one person may win. After death, you will be placed in a spectator mode where you may sponsor friends, or random players, with items. You earn spendable coins through getting kills and winning.

We have included 23 maps from various build teams that have submitted their work to PlanetMinecraft. While these maps aren't original to McBrawl itself, they definitely provide for some very intriguing gameplay. Our creative managers plan to work on unique maps soon, but they do take a lot of time.

We're open to any suggestions to modify these gamemodes for our community. However, remember that we are trying to reserve our coder's time to create unique content.
