    I have noticed an extreme downfall in players on the mc-war servers... Is it because of lag or update delay frustration... I'm confused, can somebody fill me in? Im tired of logging in with one 28 people online.

    I play, despite school, and most players are younger than I am. School shouldn't get too much in the way unless it's a parental choice to keep their children away from computers on week days

    Probably noobs call out "wtf lag man" and they stop playing because it's too laggy

    Promised things that don't come out, lag, 1.8 issues that haven't been fixed, chat being flooded with childish comments, rage, and 10 year olds, and several guns being very under balanced.

    It's very sad to look back to before much of this happened (some was here from the start)

    In my opinion, I think its the amount of lag that is there.

    I just wish the 1.8 thing wasn't implemented, it seems as though lag issues and glitches just became a part of it despite having a choice for 1.7/1.8 prior to this.

    I have a dislocated finger and I haven't been on in a couple of days.......

    Which means all my groupies, fan club, Hula girls, and those chicks that stalk me haven't been on either...... :wink:

    Gosh, I hate these types of threads. This has been posted many times before. This is majorly because we are in the middle of the school year. You say this is regarding the lack of players, but you say nothing about them.

    Maybe I should have added a "..." at the end of the thread's title to satisfy your needs? I'm not saying "regarding them" to be informative, it's a question. I also do not see any prefixes to add to my thread, so you're gonna have to settle by taking it contextually. You also say it has been posted many times before, yet provide no link. Another thread may be for another time, but at this time after the 1.8 update, the lack of players is concerning, as to which why I made this thread.

    EDIT: We were also in the school year two months ago, and we always had 65+ players on. Explain this??

    I usually play around 9:00 am(PST) on weekends (I rarely play during the week), and there's always a decent 200-300 players online. When are usually online?

    But the constant flow of players has been lowly spiked since last month, and I've noticed factors of the server to contribute to my point. I made this thread to notify other players as well as find out more information as to why the server was lacking players.

    I live in Ontario, EST time zone. I play every day and I usually see 40 players maximum on servers 2 or 12

    I think it's both, once the new update comes out it should all hopefully get fixed. (lag wise and all)

    I've been retiring from MC-War myself to Creative, mainly on the fact that my computer, even with Optifine, does not handle MC-War quite well. Also, the new mechanics are a bit twitchy, at least for me. Also, the amount of raging that I saw when I first played in the current MC-War when it came out was high. Since the game was very bugging, hackusations were flying over my head, and I simply did not want to hear it.

    Interesting, thank you for the reply. Makes me think that the community itself is deteriorating the quality of the game... But not all of it - like you said, the lag contributed as well. Gives me something to think about, thanks!
