    Hello fellow Brawlers!

    Since the decision to remove the pointless thread rating was made, I have seen an increase in pointless threads, mostly in the WarZ branch of the Brawl forums. I believe, and I know i'm not alone on this, Most all threads should be helpful, creative posts that will start discussion, in the good way. Posting threads about how much loot you have or posting a thread just to complain about how you just got 10v1'd on WarZ is just pointless and took absolutely no time to create.

    I believe that brawl should re-implement the "Pointless Thread" rating back into the forums to decrease the amount of threads containing useless content.

    *rates pointless*

    I don't think we have to bring that stupid rating back. It could be exploited heavily and was not fun. Plus, if you have any problem with a thread/post being pointless, don't hesistate to report it.

    i agree that negative ratings are often necessary
    if you have a problem with someone giving you unreasonable ratings, you report it
    instead, the community had them removed as a whole
    i believe they should be reimplemented

    If negative ratings are re-added they should make a "-1" rating so I can go rate this on this thread.

    well, I was thinking yes but i will go with -1 because the threads that u showed,you claimed then 'pointless' and their not really.the 1v3 that @PumkinLp made was in the right section and NOT pointless.So yeah

    I highly doubt that this will be re-added on to the forums. If you see a pointless thread and rate it pointless, this could easily be locked due to flame-war. If you see an off-topic/pointless thread, give it a report to either be moved to off-topic or locked.

    I do not agree. There is no reason to implement a "negative rating" system. If the thread is really pointless, spam, or a repeat, it can be locked by a moderator.

    His thread was in the wrong section, I moved it to Videos Archive. Post videos in the Media Tab from now on.

    I do not think we need any negative or neutral ratings back. They caused many discussions and flame wars, because it is often hard to say if a thread or post deserves a pointless rating or not. If you think a thread is extremly pointless, report it.

    The negative ratings led to flame type situations or vendetta negative ratings.

    I don't think this will help the community.
