So I thought why not suggest this in the Staff Applications.

What is your general attitude? -

This means like what is your usual attitude, being nice, optimistic, rude, strict, competitive, and so on.
I believe this will help out and judge what the person is like, knowing that we can know what his type of attitude is like around players.

    Any thoughts?

Well, I honestly think that this is learned by the admins when they interview the applicants. It may also be recognized by posts they make and even moderators can judge them on their attitude. This could be a possibility, but it may not be needed.

Hmm, that's quite true. But, it does feature all of it in one bunch. I can see flaws and ups in this though.

Honestly, that's a good idea. First of all, it would show how they see themselves. Someone who appears to have a haughty and cocky attitude about themselves is not a good candidate. Second of all, what they say could be easily contradicted by what they do. Their actions and words could easily show their true self.

Lies would be prevalent though. They could easily force themselves to live up to what they said they were. But other than that, it's nothing too bad.

Mod apps are becoming overly excessive in question length.

    I think the,

    "3 words to describe you"

Question gives mods/Admins an idea and then during the interview you get to see if they live up to their words.

Well if its clear there attitude and they fake it then there most likely gonna try and abuse powers or are desperate and wont help the servers much.

Hmm, that's true right there. And I guess the "3 words to describe you" fits that. Well, it was worth a shot at this but there's that big down fall of being overly excessive in length, and the other sentence.
