Counting War++

Just like the old times.
Except with annoying rules ^-^

Staff subtract the value by 3. Players increment the value by 1. If a post breaks the rules, the post's value is multiplied by -1 (e.g. given to the other team). Rules with higher numbers take precedence if their effects overlap.

Rule 1: Every multiple of 7 must be written in base 16.
Rule 2: If the number is a factor of 666 or 420, it must be written as a roman numeral.
Rule 3: Every prime number must be written out in a different language.
Rule 4: Every perfect square must be written out in bold allcaps.
Rule 5: Every multiple of 13 must be written in binary.
Rule 6: Every perfect cube must be "printed to console" via a language different from the one last used (e.g. 'printf(8);')
Rule 7: Every post that contains a '42' in it must be in haiku format.
Rule 8: Every multiple of 3.2 must be written with an expression containing a trigonometric function.
Rule 9: BrawlerAce_ is a scrub.
