Before I say anything I am using a MacBook Air, and the screen recording system "QuickTime Player."
So heres the issue, I was playing WarZ yesterday and I came across two hackers, so I started recording and got lots of proof they were hacking. When I saved the video file and searched for it in "All My Files" so I could upload it to YouTube, I didn't appear. I checked the QuickTime application, but the video I recorded literally wasn't anywhere.

I thought maybe I clicked a wrong save button, so I Tped back too the two hackers and got another video. I named it the same name as the first vanished file, and made sure I clicked "Save Video." But when I clicked save, it said a file with that name already existed. So the first video I took did exist somewhere, but I still couldn't find it anywhere on the entire computer. I tried clearing trash, restarting, and all that stuff, nothing helped. But now, all recordings I take with QuickTime Player, just disappear. I know for sure I'm saving them correctly, but they just vanish. Letting two hackers escape justice.

If anyone knows what's going on, or can help me fix this, I would be greatly appreciative. This glitch is very frustrating.

Find the folder in which the recordings are stored or make a separate one for them.

There isn't a single folder, they are saved to the computers files.

When it says name already exists, just press 'Replace'

Does anyone think it might be having too much footage on youTube? Or Quick Time had a total recording limit? Or other tiny issues like that?

Nah. QuickTime is probably just not very good recording software.

But it's never done anything like this before, and I don't know what caused this to start.
