    Please upload pictures to imgur.com, and post the resulting link on this thread. Also, you did not seem to have answered the question "Why do you need the rank" correctly. Also, it is recommened to not skip ranks, and to apply for Advanced Builder, then World Editor 1, World Editor 2, and finally, World Editor 3.
