    Your app is short and your builds aren't very impressive and you are jumping AdvBuilder so i think this will be denied anyways but -1 from me

    Sometimes if your builds and application is amazing you can skip a rank, but it is very hard to do so. +0 for me on this application though

    I don't think these builds show you put enough effort in, and I'd also prefer if you put more detail into explaining why you need the rank.
