    Question: Hey guys. A while back, my friend btj26's account was compromised by a user that I don't want to name. The person that stole his account credentials used a hacked client, and got the account banned for extended reach/forcefield. Recently, my friend (lets call him Brandon) got his account back with months of trying. He wants to get unbanned, BUT, he has no forums account.

    He asked me if he could fill the appeal out and I post it, but I don't know if I'm allowed.

    The question is, am I?
