    Question: If I posted my video today at 1 a.m would it count as one of last week's video or this week's. (I am in EST at the moment)

    When we choose the next VOTW we consider all videos posted in the Media Section submitted after the release of the last VOTW.

    Though, if we feel the video is well done and deserves VOTW, it can be before the last weeks one.
