Instead of the OP death machine this thing is now how about we not exactly nerf but redesign it. Here Are the stats. This I hope will be more like CoD.

    Level: Donor

    Cost:
    $5

    Weapon type:
Mix of snipre rifle and explosive weapon.

    Damage:
6 hearts on direct hit to the body. Instakill to the head. everything in a 2x2 area around the blast takes 4.5 hearts.

    Armor penetration:
Armor will not provide protection from this weapon.

    Firemode:
    Normal

    Ammo used per shot: 1

    Capacity:
    20

    Shots per burst:
    1

    Shots per click:
    1

    Bullet type:
    Green lazer.

    Range:
    200 blocks

    Spread:
No spread. Perfect accuracy (tell me if I should change this)

    Reload time:
    4 seconds.

    Firerate: Same as the disassembler

Naw mate. Needs to still be one shot in infect just not easy to spam and kill everything in infect.
I suggest we make it instant kill but to get the explosion radius you would have to get a direct hit to get explosion radius.

I'm a little bit confused - doesn't 'spread' mean splash damage? You mentioned that a 2X2 area around the blast will cause 4.5 hearts. Wouldn't this mean there is splash damage, although you mentioned it was perfect accuracy?
Don't get me wrong, I love the idea.

Ray is fine as it is IMO. It is just used by way to many people in inf, and there is no way to fix that without making the gun pure garbage

Nothing should be changed with that gun. I find it to be perfectly ok atm. However, maybe the law could get slightly better in some ways. That would maybe cause variation with guns, especially on infected.

Oh xD. My bad. Well I think spead means what its accuracy is.

LOL! perfectly ok,,, Are you high.

Well in CoD it does infact have splash damage. And this is a CoD server.

Well basic ]ly this is a Dissasembler with 2/3 of its clip and it has splash damage.

Your right. Its not. Its a complete redesign. aka this is almost like the one in CoD

Nope, I'm not. I don't know about you, but I'd never buy that gun if it was that bad. There's a reason why it's a donor gun, and I see no reason why they should make it any worse when even the zombies got grenades and c4. It's more balanced now that you think. The only "unbalanced" thing with infected nowadays is the extreme amount of op spots that people are able to go to. And I mean, if you as a zombie can't kill survivors with grenades/c4, then it might be you or the spot op spot the survivor camps at. It's up to you to decide whether it's you or the spot.

This sound like a buff. And the only version of raygun I'm comparing is the original to this. So yeh.

This is definitely not a nerf. This, in fact, is more like a buff than anything. The range is incredible, the damage radius is decent, and the damage is crazy. I think you have a good idea with the Raygun nerf, though. It's more likely to be changed in the War 2.0 update than to be changed by itself. I would say we wait and see what happens in the update and then give suggestions.

The Ray-Gun has already been like that and will stay like it is now. Sorry, but I don't see it changing.

has* already been like that :v

    On topic:
Ray-gun won't be nerfed, even if you demand it. You see, if it was made even worse, it would be even less of a seller - 5$ for a weapon that is good in a single game mode and is awful at everything else? Even giving it certain attributes would make it bad.
    The server relies on donations.

Yeah but it makes that gamemode impossible most of the time unless all zombies have c4 and nades... Yes I know the server runs of donations but dont you thing this is a little OP?

Well I must admit, it is very good of a weapon in the infected, I feel like 5$ in real life cash is a very high price and is reasonable. You can do a lot with 5 dollars, don't get me wrong - you can buy Oreos or get 3 good mobile games or buy 2 Steam games or get CS:GO during the Steam summer sale (NOTE: single item of these).

I agree, but how would the server make nearly the same money if it weren't for the ray gun? People would not want to spend $5 on something that isn't worth it - that's why it has to be a little bit over-powered.
