    Ahh i see
    Would be nice to know actual % since some people swear its .8% chance to get a knife and that seems kinda iffy

    It's completely random. All numbers I assume valve keeps to themselves.

    It depends on the case simulator. I have one that has like a 20% chance for a red 40% blue 20% purple 15% pink and 5% knife.
    But I also have one that gives me a 100% knife chance.
