MCPVP Servers Transfer - Commonly Asked Questions

    Q: When will the servers be up?
    A: 6 HG servers are already up, CTF and Build should come soon.

    Q: Will our stats be transferred?
    A: Yes.

    Q: Will our HG kits be transferred?
    A: Yes.

    Q: Will our CTF classes be transferred?
    A: Yes.

    Q: Will our Build maps be transferred?
    A: Yes.

    Q: Will our ranks be transferred?
    A: Yes. We will be honoring your purchase on Brawl with a rank that provides the same benefits. Purchases that were made within the last 7 days on MCPVP will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. If you made a purchase on KitPVP, Maze Runner, Siege, or anything else you may email [email protected] for a refund.

    MCPVP's VIP is our VIP
    MCPVP's MVP is our MVP
    MCPVP's PRO is our ELITE

    Q: Will our credits be transferred?
    A: We will not have MCPVP's credit system, so you are no longer able to spend your credits.

    If you would like to see if you can get a refund for credits purchased at MCPVP, you may email [email protected]. We are not able to handle or issue refunds for purchases you made at MCPVP.

    Q: Will CTF and HG stay the same or will it change?
    A: We will make minor changes to CTF and HG such as adding 1.8 features, fixing the current bugs etc. We’re going to try and keep it as close to the original as possible, with a tad bit of awesomeness added. We’ll be getting some new and improved maps made as well.

    Q: Will you be adding guns to CTF and/or HG?
    A: No.

    Q: What will happen to the mods and admins? Will they keep their position or have to re-apply?
    A: Any McPvP Moderator that wants to moderate on Brawl will have the option to become a trial moderator on Brawl for the server they were once staff on. Two former MCPVP Admins and Coders already joined our staff team.

    Q: What happens to CTF and HG teams?
    A: Teams will remain for CTF and HG if the team owners decide to keep it alive.

    Q: Will I receive my YouTuber rank?
    A: If you have around 50,000 views per video or 100,000 subscribers please contact chickenputty for a YouTuber rank. Otherwise, if you have 5,000 views per video please contact chickenputty for a MVP rank.

    Q: How will I log on CTF, HG, or Build?
    A: The three gamemodes will be accessible through their old IP address. You will also be able to connect to them on the Brawl hub through the compass.

    Q: Can you buy X gamemode from MCPVP?
    A:We do not plan on purchasing any more gamemodes.

    Q: Will the Quarter Quell (or other contest/competition/event/tournament) be happening?
    A: We will begin hosting events as soon as possible. We need to get everything settled first.

    As long as the maps are kept the same and no changes to necro and mage are made, I'm so fine.

    so i heard that the maps might change but we will get a vote for hte most popular maps. do you guys have a number of maps ur gonna keep from old ctf?

    EDIT:

    for ranks: I see you guys have VIP and MVP as ranks, as well as specific server and global lifetime. can you share how the ranks from McPvP will be honored seeing we have VIP MVP and PRO ranks, as well as our ranks were always global wether per month or lifetime. Thanks :grinning:

    Why would you change the CTF map?

    I mean, obviously if changes are needed you will make them, but it sounds to me like we get to decide on keeping a few and you change the rest, even if they are fine. Mind clearing that up?
