Submitting Maps

    On MCPvP, we had a lot of creative people who actively built maps for the many game modes we had. Since we now also have MC Build, we can continue and create more maps to play, but we will need somewhere to put the map submissions. I checked, and there did not seem to be a place where you could submit a map.

    With the MCPvP forums, we had an available section to post your own thread for submitting maps, which was not only easy to access for players, but for staff as well.

    A return of this thread section would be beneficial to everyone. The map creator(s), the players and the staff.

    The general format people would use to submit there maps is simple:


    Creator(s) IGN:
    Which gamemode the map is for:
    Pictures:
    In Game Time map should be set for:
    Blocked areas (areas where engineers and necros can not set up turrets, teleporters, cake stands, and spawners): (CTF only)
    Other Information:


    Players and staff were allowed to post feedback to support or critique the map. It is a great system and it would be awesome if it returned!

    Agreed, the CTF map section was really good for getting feedback from the community. Would love to see this added.

    Every server has it own sub-forum dedicated to Build submissions. It can be found in the Server Ideas Forums, for example you can submit builds for CTF here.

    Side Note: We have a 2 different forums themes, the light theme and the dark theme. When you create a thread you should make sure that the text colour you use can be read in front of dark and light background. If you do not choose a specific colour for the text it will automatically make it black for the light theme and white for the dark theme.

    Yeah I was having issues with my internet at the time, and for some reason the text was acting weird, so I copied and pasted so I wouldn't loose the content, and that's when things got sketchy, sorry!
