    Since changes seem imminent, I would really like something along these lines:
    - Remove pit
    - Remove wall
    - Add forcefield that shrinks over times
    - Forcefield warnings as to when it starts shrinking, and when you are near it.

    The pit is really annoying >_<.

    Yeah these developments would be very good in my eye?
    Anyone else have any good opinions here?

    I kind of hate the pit because it ruins my towers but I don't really mind this issue

    I don't think that forcefield shrink is a good idea.

    I have already given the facts about pit on an other thread but I will say them again..

    Although I do understand why some people way want it removed, (even I do being a trapper myself) I think it is best it stays in. Before the pit, games used to be able to go on endlessly. Yes, that sounds fun, but it is also taking up the servers that could be used as new games. The pit helped give the hardcore games a time limit, but also helped many of the players. Many times the last two people alive in a game would be a hunter and someone with a trap. Many times I was the one trapping. The person hunting would come up and either see the trap or think there may be a trap, and would be concerned. They just spent this whole game playing well and got to the final 2, but now they are faced with a trap. The pit made it easier for them, they deserve a way out other than risking their lives in a trap. The pit let them wait it out until they teleported into the pit so that they could have an easier fight with the person trapping. This may seem unfair to the person trapping, but it is part of the game and if the trapper doesn't like that risk then they should just stop trapping. In the end the pit should not be removed because although some players do not agree with it or say it is bothersome, it makes the hardcore games better as a whole. The pit keeps balance in the game and with out it trappers and towers would be nearly unbeatable and games could go on for a very very long time. It needs to stay. Plus I know that most of the people arguing saying they want it gone are trappers and towers, you guys have to understand it keeps balance. I'm a big trapper myself but I do see it majorly balances the game.

    Traps and towers are important to keep HG challenging though; letting people wait for the pit decreases gameplay diversity

    This would ruin many people"s strategy thus still letting the best pvpers or biggest teams win.
