Gxmer there are strikes at the top of the page. Read them first. For a kick, it depends on the type of action taken. For example:
Loot Scooped (1 Strike) One last chance, then you're out.

Yes it is possible to lose strikes. All you have to do is prove that you're sorry. Say sorry to us, then maybe explain why you're sorry? That'll be good enough in my books ;p
