    I don't normally post on creative apps, but the title inclined me to point out the absolute lack of common sense this post was probably created with.

    Think about it — why did we remove global chat in the first place? To prevent spamming and advertising. If we just gave out ranks freely just because a person wants to be able to shout, it would undermine the entire system we painstakingly set up.

    Tl;dr, no. You're not intelligent enough for the rank.
