    Question: Are SMods allowed to ban without evidence? I was banned for "hacking" a few days ago and have been trying to get my banner to show me the evidence but my guess is that they're not required to; I'd like to confirm that before I give up trying.

    SMods+ can ban without any evidence on sight.
