    apply:-1 Do you understand what this rank provides? i know you understand,but what does it mean?
    please show proof,use /plot info and take a photo again.
    builds:+0.5 its Ok for the builds but you can build another style of house.
    all:-0.5
    your apply is too short but good building,good luck.

    He gave proof by showing his plot owner sign, and the other might have been made on another persons plot sooooo, deal with it.

    I think the builds are good. +1
    You showed proof of your builds +0.5
    The only thing is you can't get World Edit with Advanced Builder you have to apply for WE1 for that but overall +1.5
