Donator Privilege - Warning Ban Protocol

    You know how if someone is reported, and proof is deemed valid, they get perm banned? No matter what? I think this should change if a donator is caught. Now you'd have to not be very smart to cheat as a donor, but it happens occasionally. Now, I think that if a player with any donor item/rank is caught, and facing a ban, instead of being perm banned immediately, they should get a temporary ban. (the exact time can be discussed) This will make things more fair in my opinion. Though, you should not be allowed to appeal from the donator temp ban. I would recommend a matter of days, or a few weeks for the ban itself.

    They should only get 1 warning ban though, any valid reports after should be a perm ban as usual.

    No. Hacking is hacking. If you can afford a rank, you can afford an unban.

    No, ranks shouldn't matter in punishments. This would be unfair to the default players

    Donators shouldn't be able to just get off the hook so easily. This would be pretty unfair to non-donators.

    Yes... A temporary ban of only 50 years would be fair. This would make our servers pay-to-win.

    It's not being let off the hook, they'll still be banned, and if they continue to cheat after the warning, they will be perm banned.

    Doesn't it seem fair to give people who have payed money, a chance to reconsider cheating?

    If they reconsider it they can make a ban appeal. If they want to get unbanned immediately they'll just buy a unban. Donators are the same as regular players, they payed for in-game perks not quicker un-bans.

    That's bias. Everyone should face the same consequences, no matter what rank you are.

    That just seems like a whole lot of extra work for staff. What if they cheat again? That'll just be a waste of time.
    That "chance" is called purchasing an unban.

    MVP/VIP | Hacker: "Banned!? Wait, I spent $45 on Brawl! I can't get an unban. I thought I could get away with it!"

    They choose to cheat, no matter their rank.

    It's their decision to donate, it's their decision to hack. And if they get caught it's their problem that they can't get on the server they've donated for. It's just stupidity.

    Honestly, this is completely biased. So basically, you want Brawl to be pay to win? What makes the difference if they're a donator. If they can buy a rank, then they can certainly by an unban. Hacking is hacking, not favoritism to donors. Who cares how much they've given to Brawl, the just stop giving by hacking.

    Ranks just be a punishment, becuase if you are MVP or VIP, you could be punished for cheating.
