Help with REC FPS

    While i play without recording i get about 100-150 fps
    Whilst recording with fraps/dxtory/obs i get 12 fps.
    Halp pls
    I play minecraft on 1280-720 if it matters

    First, what is your refresh rate, as that is your max FPS.
    Second, how much RAM have you allocated to the game?
    Thirdly, switch to Apowersoft Screen Recorder. It takes less power.

    I did not manually alocate any ram how do i do that?
    And my montior refresh rate? its a normal tv

    If you want to allocate more RAM, you need a 64-bit Java installed. Do you have that? And yet, I need your monitor refresh rate, as that sets the limit of your FPS.

    Try turn down you in-game graphics settings. That should work if not here's a list of stuff that could work.
    1. Buy a new monitor/graphics card/processor or motherboard
    2. Update your driver
    3. Try lower down your settings on windows control panel.
    4. Try getting fraps or dxtory if you don't have them already.
    5. If you do have fraps or dxtory search up tutorials on how to config them for maximal performance.
    6. Try Defraging your disk if you know how.

    Well I have the AMD Raedon R9 270 dual-core which I think is pretty good. I got mines for £100
