GAY MARRIAGE LEGAL IN WHOLE NATION (United States)!

It was legal in the netherlands way before the US thought about it, So it won't surprise me at all.

I have, so far, only met a few LGBT people. They were really nice, and I didn't even notice it at all.

According to religion, you should be in love with the opposite gender to reproduce. It was also a taboo in quite some religions, and sparks controversy since it can be considered 'inhuman' by some people.

Since the US is very christian (Approximately 70% of the population states that they are christian), they believe that gay marriage is not according to the word of god, and is thus not allowed.


You can also see: The netherlands was the first to legalize same-sex marriage. This is because of the fact that the netherlands isn't very religious, compared to many other countries.

I am happy for all of the lgbt couples in the US as now they can get married wherever they want. But those dumbasses saying they would move to canada after they heard this, do your research before you act, its legal here too!

To be honest, I think gay/same-sex marriage is wrong and people shouldn't do it, but now that they made this law they can't turn back. I guess time will only tell what this does, however I think there are still going to be enough men who like women and women who like men in this world so gays don't, like, take over the world as some people are speculating.

Very good point Erebos. Whenever the Bible is brought into a political argument it just tests people's religions and completely blows up in their faces.

 

We need gays/lesbians so the world won't be as populated tbh, this world WILL be more over-populated right now and we will deplete most of our natural resources to support a over-sized population.

 

I don't think being homosexual is wrong since it is natural, and at the end of the day, you can't control it. Homosexual people taking over earth is just a ridicolously childish theory since 95% of the earth's population is heterosexual anyways.

 

I have some gay friends, they should receive all the protections and legal rights as everyone else.

Homosexuality isn't natural. The first humans weren't gay (not according to the bible or whatever, just facts). It takes a man and woman to reproduce, so they must have had to be of the opposite sex to reproduce and multiply into the billions of people the human race is today.
