Remove challenge kits

The people who said you had to earn kits the free way and you can't just give away or get away from free kits

 

I am up for buying kits, they are cheap enough. But to bring back some crowd is to make it like a lot of other games, I don't mean to make it easy. People hate that its pay to win. Don't tell me its not because decoy vs. Stomper... tell who will win that.

Well , its worth stating that they do nothing bad to the game and are a great addition for people looking to have a more challenging gaming experience . And the only reason you posted this is because you use surprise and dont like getting them.

 

I don't use surprise but I don't suppose I would enjoy getting a challenge kit if I did use it.

 

Yes but my point is why only get the "good kits" and not the "bad ones " ??? Its because a certain someone cant shell out 5$ to get what they want and then complain about it. What i mean is its just downright stupid to remove kits from the game because someone thinks they arent good . If you dont like getting those kits from surprise just leave the game or buy what you want flat out .

 

Without challenge kits there are plenty of kits that I consider bad. Challenge kits just aren't fun for me.

I waited 10 minutes for a game with surprise. I get Forager (the one where you can't break blocks) and I spawned in a shallow cave. I had to try and break the grass blocks at the top so they could fall down to me but it didn't work. I also play souphg and you know that you can't waste time or you die.

10 minutes wasted, you should only have to use challenge kits when you want to challenge yourself. You're the only person who thinks otherwise

 

LOL , learn to buy what you want . Challenge kits are part of the game , they are as said kits after all , therefore should be added to the spectrum of kits available to surprise , if you dont like it the way it is dont pick surprise or simply join another server . What would you say if i made a thread trying to get Kangaroo or Grappler removed from your precious Surprise kit ?

 

They do not really take up space since they are in a separate part of the GUI and if they are removed from surprise they could as well be removed from /random.
Some players might still like the challenge and since these kits are already coded and implented it would be a waste to remove them.

Simply join another server? I really don't play Nosoup all that much, so that would mean waiting another 20 minutes and nobody likes waiting. So I haven't been using surprise

Challenge kits just aren't fun and you're the only one who seems to want to keep them in surprise.

 

Challenge kits should definitely be removed from the Surprise kit. However, they should not be removed from the game completely. I enjoy playing them once in a while if I don't feel like playing HG in a normal way.

 

I agree 100% with Dotcomdog. They can be good for a HG youtuber looking for a good video to make. They can be entertaining when you are getting tired of HG.

My two cents:
Following what @Lord_Roke said above me, challenge kits don't affect players that don't use them, because they do not take up any space or create anything unnecessary but a new element for players to challenge themselves in. Therefore they shouldn't be removed from the game entirely.

However, in saying that, these challenge kits should be a matter of choice for players who want to challenge themselves and I don't personally believe they should be an element of surprise. I mainly believe they shouldn't be in surprise because for one, it angers people when they get these kits.

Even though Surprise itself is meant to be a kit all about chance and about the chance you have of getting a good & bad kit - it shouldn't include challenge kits. There are a number of regular standard kits which are also on a similar level of bad, however they still give you a small advantage. Challenge kits give you 0 advantage. That's the difference that I see when looking at it; normal kits give advantage and challenge kits don't. You use kits to get an advantage, so that's why I believe surprise should only include kits that give advantages, no matter how bad or how strong. (I hope I'm getting my point across here).

TLDR:
Challenge kits should stay in the game however should be taken out of Surprise, and potentially /random because there is a high chance of getting them in random to. Challenge kits should only be used if a player wants to challenge themselves, because they are generally undesirable kits because of their disadvantages.

I agree there are big problems with these challenge kits, Because what a complete waist of time, nobody will use them.

 

I don't think they should be removed, but they should be removed from surprise. In my opinion instead of like a month of elite or vip, if you finish like 10 challenge kits you get 1 kit for free.

 

I agree, i finished every challenge kit in mcpvp.
