I like how he tries to prove that there is a god using science, but science is technically a religion that doesn't involve God in the equation.

 

@turkeywing_999 can you stop trying to boost your rep for people to like you? This is a block game, not church. Also it's the Internet. The Internet (imo) is not a place to discuss what you believe in because it'll always end up with people taking sides and trying to prove you wrong.

Also, God says that trying to understand him (like how was he created, his physical existence, etc.) is something you shouldn't do. I believe that he exists, but other people may not, and here isn't a place to try and make them believe.

On the contrary - there's no definitive way to answer this question until we know the nature of whatever event caused the creation of this universe.

You've probably heard of multiverse theory: the idea that a new universe is created for every potential combination of random outcomes for an event. In this way, we can infer that the universe we reside in was created through a similar causality event, where (probably) free-floating energy in an excited state dropped to a lower state in an entropic (random) manner. The energy in the new universe then would have dropped to even lower states from previous infinitesimally-high states, resulting in the event we call the "big bang", and possibly creating more universes in the process.

 

There is one question that is pretty much impossible to answer. How was the first dimension, energy state, or universe created? Obviously, something can't be created from pure nothingness.

 

Ex nihilo, omnia.
There's always the possibility of an even smaller basic unit of energy that makes up everything, and somehow resided in the void before the universe. There must have been something able to fall to a lower energy state, and it would only make sense if it were energy.
