    I'd like it, but it takes probably too much space if everyone is able to add a banner to their profile.

    width wise it could possibly be a problem but either the banner or profiles could be adjusted to fit with eachother.

    Like stated before, it would take up way to much space and I like the current system better.

    Yes, but that would mean re-doing the entire profile pages and I do like how they are currently.

    Change isn't necessarily a bad thing, just because you like the current format and don't wish for it to change doesn't always mean you won't like the change, even if you don't like it initially that is generally what happens (you get used to it)
    It wouldn't be a major change anyway.

    There's an addon for it, but it costs money. Not sure if Putty will add it because of the cost factor, unless you buy it for him.
