Darq's Guide to PVP

This is my guide to PVP.

1. Don't pick a fight with anyone who has better gear than you. You will most likely lose the fight and lose any gear that you did have.
Recommend:
If you see someone who has better gear, avoid them. If you can't avoid them, well, just run.

2. Be aware of everyone around you. Make sure no one sneaks up on you. The element of surprise is one of the best strategies in PVP. So make sure it doesn't happen to you.
Recommend:
Always watch your back. Every few minutes, look for player names and try to locate everyone near you.

3. Always have the most important items in your inventory, at you hot bar. This way, you can simply go to your weapon and fight.
Recommend:
Also, don't leave junk in your inventory that you don't need. It'll be easier to pick up items you need without a mess in your inventory.

4. Before you go into battle, check you armor, (if you have any at all). Make sure it won't break half way through the battle. If it does, your opponent will have a better chance of defeating you.
Recommend:
This also applies for weapons and tools. If anything does break, RETREAT!

5. If you see a person who has better gear than you, you could stay at a distance but still fight. "How?" You ask. Use a bow. This way you won't have to get in close to fight that person.
Recommend:
Before trying this, make sure you a multiple arrows. You don't want to run out of arrows during this.
