Kit: Flower Power

    Kit idea: when standing in flowers, get a different potion effect based on flowers. For instance if you are standing on the same block as a dandelion, get strength 1, or when you stand on a poppy get speed 1 for 5 seconds etc with some other of the common flowers with regeneration, jump boost, or fire resistance.

    Pros:
    • give flowers a use in HG
    • have an array of different flowers in your inventory
    • powerful effects if you make a field of flowers around you
    Cons:
    • Can get completely countered by fighting in water
    • accidentally break your flowers in combat
    • flowers take up inventory space for soup.

    Very, very unique idea. Don't think I've ever heard anything based around flowers as such.
    It could be interesting, but I'm not sure how practical the kit could be.

    What if you have a field of flowers and run through them? Will you cycle through effects?

    I'm loving the name and the kit itself, I've never heard anything quite like this, but I am very excited to see if this would come in! :smile:

    The speed, jump boost, and fire resistance (the flowers that you don't need to be standing on. etc would stack and be on for 5 seconds, but obviously the flowers that only take effect when you are standing in them cannot be stacked.

    Though I really like this idea and how awesome this would be, we need to focus on making every other kit a lot more fun and active.

    I suggest a little less potion effects, coz it may get confusing. This is very creative!

    Very creative idea. You'd just need to specify what kinds of effects you could get from standing on different flowers, such as speed for dandelions, strength for poppies, etc etc. If it was a plethora of different effects I could see those flower forests becoming really powerful to run through (though it'd be easy to counter just by breaking the flowers), or just having people carry around different flowers for the effect they want.

    I like the idea! I even came up with a trap. An open field of dandelions, and when a player comes by you can easily take them out! I don't know if this would be considered a trap, but very creative idea! +1

    (Also, try come up with a different name :smile:)

    I really like this idea. I would like to play using this Flower Power kit if it's really implemented. Thank you so much for your creative idea and thinking about the "Flower Power" :happy:
