    Actually @WoofSenpaiMC is correct you do need to judge the application based on the builds aswell as maturity. If you have a very immature person with good builds the rank is usually abused.

    I don't think I'm better then people, I'm sure steak has a goodside, and she can build great, me and her just got off on the wrong side, and just because I didn't like her app, doesn't mean you have to go defend for her, let her have her own battles, And, you do judge an App on the Builds & Maturity, Steak's maturity is 4/10, I'm not saying I'm Miss Mature. But For real, let Steak have her own battles. :/

    Actually, You Judge an app based on Maturity, and Builds... And you do need proof, other wise you could steal builds without anyone knowing, That'd be super cheap...
