I agree, ´´we´´ the community actually have more power then the Staffs, yes they could ban all of us, but what is a server without its players.

 

Im going to go try and popularize this thread to every dang player on war if that is what it takes to get the admins to notice.

 

Or just do this and bring them straight here.

To be honest all these new servers are cool, but personally I don't like them. If I want to play creative I can go on another server if I want to play mine strike I can go on another server. What really sets brawl apart is call of duty and warz. I've been around when thecampingrusher was a big thing I've been around when aiming your gun was pointless and the barret was op And turned **** overnight I've seen all that. But can I ask what the point is in all these new servers? Most of us prefer war and warz and those servers are where you make the most money. Making these new servers and betraying the community has lost you money and players. If you were to bring war 2.0 out and focused on what you primarily started we'd all be in a much happier place

 

I mean servers like minestrike creative gmod these don't bring money at all

 

Ouch! They may have other priorities rated much higher or at least that is how it appears.

Their number 1 priority should be pleasing the players.

War will become a legacy server soon. We aren't updating or modifying any legacy servers because:
1. They aren't a priority
2. Only game breaking bugs will be fixed

Your ideas are being heard, they just wont be added to the current war. We don't intentionally tell you guys something, then think you'll just let is slide if we don't follow through. Everything we said that will happen is going to, problems just always seem to arise.

We know it's taking a long time for things to get done, but it will be worth it in the end.

I just wanted to point out Party makes little revenue :s

 

It's fine and dandy that war will be a lagacy server soon(misspelled on purpose) but, the community wants war 2.0
1. War 2.0 isn't either although war was most likely your best source of revenue. The community never asked for new servers, we just want a better version of our current one. How is that not a priority?
2. It is a game breaking bug that you have not shown any effort to work on war 2.0, you simply say "we workin on it u can trust us for sure, even though it has been like 2 years" please show us some proof. We really don't care about how buggy war is as long as war 2.0 is not trash.

If our ideas are being heard but, is not what the admins want then why have a server ideas section? We also understand that war 2.0 is coming eventually. The problem is that "eventually" seems like "never" because we have been waiting 2 years for war 2.0 an you guys cannot even show us a tiny bit about how it is going. Do you have problems every day for the last 2 years? Obviously not because you and other admims have taken the time to create other servers, and buy one as well instead of answering to what the community wanted for 2 years and counting.

I will be dead and war 2.0 won't be out. If you find this offensive you can go ahead and ban me from the forums and see how that works out again.

We need the admins to listen to the community for once.

 

1. War 2.0/new COD server IS both an update to what War is now and a new server. It's just being redone fully which is why it's technically called a "new server"
2. Game breaking bug as in something that can't make the game function correctly. EG: when we initially updated War to 1.8 and autos wouldn't work correctly or shot guns.

The reason why I believe that this has taken such a huge period of time is because of the issues that we went through while developing it.

Orange -> quit + his version of war2.0 was EXTREMELY buggy

Development was put on hold

Melsha took over development until he quit for a period of time

Brandyn was going to do it but it was gonna take some time considering he was focused on kitbrawl moba fpshg and war2.0 at the time

Joe retook over the project and has been at serious haults due to things such as JoeCraft - developer workspace breaking, etc.

We have gone through several different developing stages of war2.0 which is why (in my opinion) it has taken this long.

 

It honestly seems like you're just making new servers.
Like, why didn't we get a bunch of coders?

Gamebreaking? You know what's game-breaking? The donator items. Basically everyone on War just spams the overpowered donator guns, especially that one cheap as hell one, the Crossbow. And WHAT did these coders do about it? Absolutely nothing.
