Story Vortex of Power

Spoiler: Introduction

Unknown fragments from the Vortex dimension appeared on top of a mountain. UIP (Universal Intelligence Program) has complete control over these things and tries to keep it top secret. They are the main company in the world that controls everything. A UIP facility has closed down due to quoted 'Problems that occurred inside the facility'. Although, no other information has been shown. A group of UIP Level 4 was assigned to go and figure out what the main cause of the facility was. Though it was not documented there was things that can do such major damage...

There are currently 107 Documents in the story. Only 1 has been discovered.

-List of UIP levels-
Level 1: Normal citizens that are working for the UIP. Their jobs is to keep the communities in good condition.
Level 2: Being promoted, you're able to visit crime sites to investigate and help others in crimes.
Level 3: Promoted to Head-Captain of the Work-Force-Cleaning, you'll be able to give instructions to any group and give community instructions to those who've been sentenced with community work.
Level 4: Very skilled and trained spec-ops for cleaning up sites with problems that'll disturb the community.

Chapter 1

Documented: 7/31/2015​

Space rock, or 'Vortex fragment' which is still unclassified until a proper name is set up.
Recently an 'UFO' crashed down in the Mountainous areas. Unknown to what this currently is, 'Vortex fragments' are being tested upon in labs across UIP Governments. It is said that there is ancient gases that formed these. The ancient gases that could possibly make up these, are said to believe one of the first ever living gas atoms that formed together at the beginning. However, we are still yet to know what these are capable of. Documentation is still be recorded.

A special UIP Level 4 team has been set on a job to figure out what happened in the facility.
We start in a small town where the team has been called to investigate the place.
Documents are scattered across the floors on the main hallway. As if they threw and dropped them while running. Probably the case. Maybe it's holidays with donut celebration. Currently with lots of blood on the walls tells some creature of some-sort is let out again, killing everybody. Seen this countless times. Wonder of one of those higher ups had a 'miss-conception' of high security signs and doors for a office room.
Deeper they go, finding limbs of people on the floors. "P-please... h-help-" the dying person gets cut off as he dies. Screams are echoing from multiple rooms. They split up and investigate, only to find more horror that awaits them.
