    B - Below Average
    C - Can't have dinner
    D - Don't come home
    F - Find a new family

    That's actually how I grade myself, except C is "Can't return home", D is "Deportation", and F is "Find somewhere to hide".

    In the UK I could only imagine it would be worse ;-;
    We have A*'s (85% and above) and also in a years time we are going to have A**'s (95% and above).

    In my school, we use the numbered grading system. Apparently a "passing" grade in NYC public high school standards is a 65 or higher. My overall average ranges from 87-88% so yeah.

    50-60 = F
    60-70 = D
    70-80 = C
    80-90 = B
    90-100 = A

    Basically

    In 6th grade I was pissed because I had all A's except for Social Studies which was 89.66666666 not even kidding...

    We have the 10 to 1 system.

    a 6 or higher = sufficient
    and lower than a 5,5 = lrn2lrn

    Happened to me twice in the 6th and 7th grade. I had one 88. Just one out of the other 90s - 100s

    My school:
    100+ - Great Job
    98 - 100 Well done
    95 - 98 Good job
    93 - 95 Decent
    90 - 93 Below average, but acceptable
    87 - 89 You slipped up big time
    83 - 87 Failure
    80 or less - There is something seriously wrong

    lol. My middle school - 89.5-92.5 = A-

    My parents don't care about my grades that much. My father is laid back. My mom just looks at my grades for one day out of the whole year and then chides me for either doing horribly or doing well.
    We Asians have to take the brunt of the impact of not meeting up to their standards from our parents. Mainly my mom. My dad doesn't care. XD
    I could probably talk about piano and about stuff, but it's personal.
