    The main problem with infect is that after the inital killing spree, the remaining survivors tend to be all camping together on a roof or in a room that only has one acess point, making it near impossible for the zombies to kill somebody. My thought is that if you get rid of all the camping spots, or nerf them by making the acessible from multiple angles. This way, infect won't be a XP farm for everybody with scavenger and ray-gun/minigun. However, to stop everyone just scuiciding, the zombies will only get credited with 1 kill for each kill.

    Now, I'm not saying you remove all the small and sneaky little hiding spots, like a secret room or something, I'm just saying you remove all the camping spots where the zombies just get ablitterated by 5 ray-guns before they even get close.

    GUYS YOU ARE MISSING ONE FUNDAMENTAL ARGUMENT FROM THIS WHOLE THREAD
    • EXPONENTIAL GROWTH OR JUST RAPID ZOMBIE INFECTION
    When the root zombie realizes that its sole purpose is to go out into the open world and eat some goddamn brains, it does just that. Slowly but surely, the zombie will soon claim many victims. If an EMP is activated, the casualty count will rapidly increase unless there is a formidable obstacle lying in their wake i.e. cocky raygun player. Soon, there will either be a high level raygun player or just a skully user who is definitely not going to survive from the onslaught of c4s, grenades, and a mob of zombies screaming, "BRASIDNFASIDFJASIRAWEROUOADFKLADJFA;SDF BRAINS INIANBABRAINS BRAINSFIASJDFPAISDFUAPERIUQOPWEFKZMCVJ;oeriuapewruwiaklsdjflas;dfzsdfasdf" (more incomprehensible, inarticulate jargon ensues)
    Exceptions:
    1) Root zombie is a newbie who just spawned into the game and has no idea what to do. I have encountered many times. He/she either a) quits and disconnects b) just stands there unable to realize that he/she just needs to punch the players c) A War skrub or experienced yet still skrubby player suicides willingly. Chaos soon follows until the whole map is enveloped in chaos.
    d) Grenade glitch.

    Sure, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. More opinion has slowly conformed to my playing style/experiences, like a piece of clay that never dries.
    I'm pretty sure I missed something important here, something I want to address but forgot to address.

    2. Either they ****ed up even more or they're absolute assholes for doing that. It used to be 2 per kill and before that it was 1 like it was supposed to be because it makes SENSE!

    Infect is a very unique game mode that was designed to be fun. Ray is op because it's a donor gun. If people want to pay 5$ to get Ray, then let them use it. Just be glad u can't get Ray with credits.
