EMPs and NUKEs

    Hey guys,
    So, we all know about EMPs and NUKEs, and as soon as you get the 15th or 21st killstreak, and you cannot decide when you want to activate the reward. Well, I thought maybe you could have it so when you get 15 killstreak, you receive for instance a emerald, textured as some radio remote sorta thingy majiggy, and no EMP or NUKE is launched. When you select the emerald, and right-click it, it will launch the EMP. I was thinking the same thing for a NUKE, like with a nether star not a emerald or something. This way, you don't get a wasted EMP by getting it automatically launched straight after another teammate has launched one. (same with nukes). Also if you dont use your emerald/nether star, and you die, when you respawn, you will get it back. This could also help like if youre on 14 killstreak, and someones killing you, and then you just right click the nether star.
    I was also thinking maybe when a team is no longer EMPed, it will say like
    <server> The red team is no longer EMPed

    Disagree: if you die right before you launch the nuke you'll get very PO'D

    Do you keep the emerald even after you die, because that could be a problem.

    Because if someone has multiple emeralds for emps or nukes, or if a team has multiple emeralds, they could communicate and all bomb/emps the other team at the same time, I feel like that would be a pain in the ass.

    People have spawn protection so if they use them all at the same time they will waste most of them

    ok i'll add it to the thread: When you die, as long as you dont use your emerald/nether star, you will still have it. Thanks for that.

    Why would you wait to launch?

    And what if you get to a 21 ks b4 you launched ur EMP?

    This is how it is in real call of duty, and I really so no reason why this shouldn't be added. I like your idea, +1!

    In infect because you don't want to waste your EMP while spawncamping 5 zombies.

    Hmmm, I see Serine has a point.
    What if you get a nuke, you die, and you launch it?
    If there are lots of players, you'd get EMP immediately, and if your lucky another nuke.
    So im not really sure if this will work, but thats just my judge.
    I think it wont be a very good idea, it will be uncontrolled
    But I still give it a +1!

    So do you know how like when a team is already EMPed, and you launch another EMP say for example you launch it when the other team still has 4 seconds of the EMP left, then the EMP that YOU launch will do nothing. Same for the nukes, so like if someone launches a nuke and then you get 21 ks, you'll launch the nuke when every1 still has spawn protection, and you'll get no kills. Thats why I wanted to add the thing where you can see when the other team is no longer EMPed, so you can launch your EMP immediately after
