    Is it just me, or does anyone else think that spawn killing is very apparent. Many times I walk about 3 blocks after spawning and get killed again by someone with a LAW or crossbow. My idea is that there should be a longer grace period before you can take damage. This would keep people from gaining a very unfair advantage. Also for anyone who doesn't know what a grace period is, it is a period of time after spawning in which you cannot be killed.

    You should just get into cover first, then when you are able to shoot, shoot. Then move/rush if you want.

    My typical strategy for TDM or CTF is to A. The moment the round starts, get in a good camping spot, B. Don't die, and C. Nuke dem bishes.

    OMFG spawn killing is in ALL COD GAMES if they kill you there's no reason to complain it depends on your reaction :/

    Spawn killing is different on mcwar because there is only one spawn, unlike on Cod where there are multiple. Many people quit the server solely because of this.

    What I have to say about spawn killing is, that you need to constantly move. Unless there are shooting from multiple sides try killing them, then move up.

    It can be hard, especially when clans like TRA are on, and they just skully anyone who pokes their head out. In this situation, I recommend you:

    1) Charge out while you still have spawn protection
    2) Use your spawn building as cover against them, and push them back.

    One of the main things I do when being camped, I'll go vote for grenades. Then just each time I die, toss one out and slowly reduce the campers. The main thing is to do it quickly before they can get an emp or nuke. Then its a problem.

    You just have to fight back when your team is getting camped my the enemy i.e. Beast Mode!

    There is already a grace system. There is spawn invulnerability for all players. If you get spawn killed then just run faster.

    exactly. you live long enough to rake a few kills before it wears off

    You already get a 6 second spawn protection protection as it is. If anything, you should keep your 6 seconds of spawn protection, but when you fire your weapon, the spawn protection is removed. I hate it when I am shooting at the opposing team, doing no damage, but they can damage me. This way, when they spawn, they could either take cover in six seconds, or proceed to kill the enemy.

    And if you can't get any kills, then at least have the common sense to run away. Also, shouldn't this be under server ideas...?

    They could make it so you have spawn protection until you make any movement or action whatsoever.

    Meh. I think shooting would be the best option. At least then they can run if they choose.

    Ffa and gungame need a remake:
    -In normal CoD, you don't spawn 10 blocks in someone's back
    -Normal CoD lobbies are not big

    That would be a huge flaw in the game design and 9/10 or even 10/10 chances shooting to disable spawn protection will not appear in-game.

    I think you missed part of my concept. See here:
    As I seated here, you will still have the regular spawn protection for six seconds. Nothing there has changed. I'm stating that when the shoot, it also causes them to lose their spawn protection. So it either runs out after six seconds, or they shoot. Sorry if I made that confusing.

    There is a 15 grace period so that part with the "I walk 3 blocks and then get killed" part is wrong! it is fine as it is and spawn killers never last long. if something should happen to the grace period it should grow smaller not bigger!
