    I took a screenshot of a player spamming the chat excessively, but I couldn't find a Report a Player section on the forum so I was wondering how I would report a player for hacking/spamming.

    The "Report a Rule Breaker" link is found under the General forum and in our support sub-forum.

    Or you can just click the link that I have provided above.
