    What? Do you mean you updated your Minecraft? If you did, you can go back to the other version, and this is the wrong section.

    Here is what you want to do:
    1. Open Minecraft
    2. Edit profile
    3. Down to 'Use version' and open the dropdown box
    4. Select which version you would like to use
    5. Save profile
    6. Play game

    Sometimes however they update quite fast. For the 1.6.4 optifine update out came out the day after the Minecraft update was released.
