    The perk sleight of hand, which makes your guns reload time half the usual, isn't working. I've tried it in gungame and I am notching no change o the reload times at all.

    Have you tried this in other gamemodes other than gungame? It could just be incompatible with that game.

    The Isolator has a very slow reload speed. If you primarily use the Iso it is very beneficial to be able to reload it faster, because you may end up reloading both your primary and secondary simultaneously.

    For the Iso, because it does not need scavenger, for it possesses a large magazine and a small clip.
