    So, I have recently bought Flak Jacket and discovered it is quite useless. I expected while using it Ray and LAW would 2 shot me. So I am wondering if Brawl is willing to buff it?

    It takes 2 shots to the body for a law or raggun to kill you I am pretty sure? Only headshots Insta-kill. But i heard from someone that owns the perk that it is currently broken, if not then I would say it definitely needs a buff.

    Pretty much most of the perks are broken. There should be a little warning about it first before buying... :l

    I thought it wasn't possible to buy broken perks from the shop? Correct me if I'm wrong.

    They take them down from the shop when they're broken but once they're fixed they get put back up. Problem is that they're always breaking.

    Either its broken or its realy bad. When i tried i got onehit by ray in infect 8/8 times i died.
