Idea Zombies Nerf

Zombies increase in health and damage as the zone increases, so if you stay away from the higher zones until you get geared up with enough ammo and plenty of canned beans/pasta/fish you should be fine. Zombies are a 2:1 ratio meaning that for every 1 player there is 2 zombies. If you use the tips you should be all good for next time you loot up!

@EverythingTaken, as far as I'm aware the speed of zombies have not been tampered with. I could be incorrect though.

 

Nah, they got way faster.

 

Knowing what I know, the zombies speed has stayed the same ever since the new map was realesed. It is just the damage that has been messed with. I do not mind the speed, but the damage is kinda ridiculous...

 

I agree, the speed needs to be decreased

 

I think overall zombies should be nerfed, less speed, health, damage output ect.

 

You're funny if you think Brawl will do anything to fix this.

If you've played on Brawl as long as I have, you'd understand better. Trust me, I feel a lot better now that I've quit Brawl.

 

I can almost guarantee I have played longer, but the community needs a little more faith in there staff.

 

If you don't mind sharing how long you've played please do so, and I'm just a forum scouter in false hopes of War 2.0's release. I've been playing since War's first few weeks or so of being in Brawl. I don't put any faith in the staff since there's only two people I know on Brawl's staff team that do stuff (besides Striker_Sly if he were still staff), and those two are Roke (the mother f'ing beast of brawl's forums), and Chickenputty who is really chill and gets his crap done when it needs to be done (not to mention he's even done someone else's job for them when they were too lazy).

I played but went on servers that had maybe 28 people on, not like back in the day when it was 40+ all the time, and I made a small community of friends from there.

 

I've never died to zombies, so I don't think they should be needed.

 

I say you leave the zombies damage and speed the same so they are a threat but nerf there health. This is so you dont need to waste spas and barret ammo on zombies.

 

Changed the damage given to zombies when damaged from a 2.0 multiplier to a 2.2 multiplier, also made it so it takes half the amount of sword hits to kill a zombie than before (in nether it used to take 5 hits with a diamond sword, it now takes 3).

Looks like you don't know as much about Brawl as you might think


Of course these changes wont come into effect until all servers reboot.

 

Only 3 hits to kill a zombie with a diamond sword? Jeez that makes me feel better... might even consider playing more often (sarcasm here). That's still a lot of hits to kill a zombie. Might get hit 3 times from the same zombie just to kill the one of 5 zombies attacking me. I'm fairly certain I know a lot about brawl based on just what I've seen.

 

It is very true zombies are very op and buffed now, but it kind of does give a more realistic view of what actual DayZ is like.
