What makes a good War player / Rant mixed in together.

People seem to bring up the words "new pro". There are no new pros. Only pros old players; I'd not call anyone a pro from late 2013-2015.

If these are all "secrets" then everyone would have amazing KDR's. There is a difference between experienced players and the rest of the pack.

The truth is, there is always going to be someone better than you on any given day and we all get beat...some just a lot less than others.

 

you know, you post a lot of stupid stuff on the forums; and this one might take the cake.

you are blind to not realize having better ping, a better clan, more time on your hands, a minigun and raygun, and simply an incentive to play war is going to help you more than having "skill."

i've seen more "pros" quit after a round they aren't going 30-0 in, with no actual balls to hurt that perfect kdr of theirs than those who don't.

anyone who seriously thinks tupaq is super skilled needs to reconsider. he has a hell lot of time on his hands and a reputation. when he makes a clan, every single 60+ flocks to it. it's somewhat hard to kill someone jumping around like a monkey guarded by other people doing exactly the same thing.

people like joeymast were really skilled.... at abusing war. he figured out how to take a gun that was previously unused (cbow) and turn it into his best weapon. he knew how to abusing skulls jumping and the timing on bullets or whatever. he know how to abuse the c4 glitch.

there's nothing new to abuse now, so there's nobody that stands out from the rest.

and no, this isn't a troll post like mine generally are, this is my legitimate thought on this.

 

How about you let them speak for themselves instead of being idiotic. You're judging people from different era's of the game.

Okay, give me the two supposedly different definitions of skill. One for what you consider "old times" and one for what you consider "modern times"

 

old times: good aim, prowess, and generally some sort of player advantage
new times: stats

 

I beg to differ. Serine is ranked very high on the leaderboards but I don't consider him very good. ( no hate). Tupaq is also ranked high but his aim is head over heels better than melt's, mafia's, joey's etc. (again, no hate)

 

That's completely subjective. In reality, serines aim isn't objectively that good, regardless of anyone's opinion. Again, no offense serine

 

You're judging someone's aim when you've never seen their pov.

but he asked what the general definition of skill was, and that's what it seems to be.

 

I've played against them. (Not trying to have a big ego) but mafia or Joey would kill me once every three times I kill them. Tupaq would kill me 3 times every 1 time I kill him.
